As our new Senior Technical Key Account Manager- Energy Optimization, you will be driving technical sales and iSolution business for strategic key accounts across Japan, you'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

Your main responsibilities include:
• Lead technical sales activities including customer site visits, seminars, negotiations, and iSolution business development for strategic key accounts
• Drive sales of strategic products (Dosing, NBG, CUE, and others) and expand energy optimization business with key account end users and EO(energy optimization) partners
• Act as trainer and technical expert, building pump product, application, and iSolution competence across sales teams and dealer networks
• Collaborate with Marketing & Solution, Service, and global teams to achieve sales targets and deliver process/system optimization through E-products and iSolutions
• Provide technical assistance and market support within the dedicated sales area, coordinating across sales, service, and external partners

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a technical expert professional with strong pump industry knowledge, proven ability to influence stakeholders, and a passion for delivering energy optimization solutions to industrial customers.

We would also imagine that you have:
• 3-8 years of experience in technical support within the water engineering or pump industry
• Solid knowledge of pump applications, energy optimization, and iSolution concepts in industrial or large manufacturing environments
• Experience managing processes within global or regional business development and services organizations
• Strong ability to influence others and deliver compelling technical presentations and customer seminars

It is a plus if you also:
• Experience with strategic pump products such as dosing systems, NBG, CUE, or similar
• Background in delivering customer training seminars or technical workshops
