What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Full native fluency in Japanese and basic skills in English required
- At least four years of paid professional work experience in account management, stakeholder relations, workplace consulting or similar experience required
- Ability to work in our Tokyo office three days a week and remotely two days a week required
- Previous international extended travel, residence or employment experience preferred
- You must be authorized to work in Japan on a full-time basis
