- Advertising platform department, working in full cycle phase from strategy formulation to execution.
- From a business and technology standpoint, bridging management strategy & engineering, construction of data infrastructures, and advertisement distribution control systems to support large transactions.
- Creating an environment that maximizes team performance.
- Overall work related to formulation and execution of medium to long term organizational strategies
- System design/organizational design (such as evaluation systems and career settings for the dev. team)

Requirements
- Experience in server-side construction, server-side programming
- Knowledge of web communications
- Domain knowledge of Advertising is preferred
- Experience in management of development organizations
- Experience in formulating technical strategies
