American Express has recently launched a new in-house massage room and is seeking a Senior Health Keeper to lead, coach, and support a team of Health Keepers while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Operate and manage the massage room, including reservation management and laundering hand towels (approximately 10 towels per month).
- Order and manage supplies and equipment.
- Support internal communications, including company-wide announcements and communications.
- Support Health Keeper team members, including:
- Shift scheduling
- Coaching and guidance
- Time and attendance entry
- Assistance with internal administrative procedures
- Supporting or providing backup massage treatments when needed
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Previous experience as a team leader
- Ability to commute to the office daily and work on-site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- Native level of Japanese language
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or operating a massage room
- National certification as an Anma Massage and Shiatsu Practitioner
- Experience as a Health Keeper and/or providing Anma Massage and Shiatsu treatments
- English language proficiency (preferred but not required)
