About the role:
Weare seeking highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Specialists to join our team at Incubit. As a Machine Learning Specialist, you will work on developing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms for our products and services. We are specifically looking for candidates with a deep understanding of diffusion and/or transformer models. Experience with NLP, specifically large language models would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
● Create proposals for complex problem solving given our client or product requirements and be able to explain them to the relevant stakeholders.
● Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms for our products and services.
● Analyze and improve the performance of existing machine learning models.
● Workcollaboratively with other team members to understand requirements and develop solutions.
● Participate in the full development cycle, including designing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying machine learning models.
● Stayup-to-date with the latest machine learning research and techniques.
● Develop and maintain documentation for machine learning models and algorithms.
Minimum Requirements:
● MSinMachine learning/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or similar technical degree
● 3+years of concrete work/research experience involving machine learning
● Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
● Strong knowledge of Python and using open source tools such as Tensorflow and/or Pytorch
● Deepunderstanding of diffusion and transformer models
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Business or higher communication level in English
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
It Would Be a Bonus If You Have
● PhDdegreein Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science or a related technical field
● Experience in the NLP field, specifically large language models
● Experience developing and maintaining large scale deployment of deep learning models in a real production environment
● Experience working in a startup
