キャップジェミニ・インベントの事業成長を支えるオペレーション基盤の構築・拡大に携わる、非常に魅力的なポジションです。セールス、リソースマネジメント、デリバリーといった主要プロセスが円滑かつ効率的に機能する体制を推進し、事業の持続的な成長を支えていただきます。
日本のリーダーシップチームと密接に連携しながら、経営層の戦略的な意思決定に必要なオペレーション面での可視化とインサイトを提供し、組織全体のパフォーマンス向上に貢献します。オペレーションの観点から組織の成長を主導し、事業拡大を直接支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。
主な業務内容：
■ セールスオペレーション
- パイプライン管理、提案活動のコーディネーション、CRM運用を通じて事業開発を支援
- リーダーシップチームと連携し、案件進捗や営業実績をモニタリングするとともに、受注確度向上に向けたアクションを推進
- セールスからデリバリーへのハンドオーバープロセスを整備・改善し、円滑なプロジェクト立ち上げを支援
■ リソースマネジメント
- プロジェクト横断での人員配置を管理し、稼働率の最適化とデリバリーニーズへの迅速な対応を実現
- キャパシティと需要の可視化を通じて、人員計画や採用計画に関するインサイトを提供
- HRおよびプロジェクトリーダーと連携し、人材育成（アップスキリング）やベンチマネジメントを推進
- リーダーシップチーム向けの需要予測およびリソースフォーキャストの取りまとめをリード
■ システム導入・展開
- グローバルおよび社内システムの導入・展開を支援し、組織への定着を推進
- チェンジマネジメント施策の企画・実行を担い、ユーザーの利用促進と定着化を支援
- トレーニングやコミュニケーション施策を通じて、新システム・新プロセスへのスムーズな移行を実現
■ ファイナンスとの連携
- ファイナンスチームと協働し、プロジェクトの財務管理（予算管理、収益認識、請求業務等）の正確性を支援
- タイムシートおよび請求関連データの品質・整合性を確保し、適切な財務クロージングをサポート
- 日本のリーダーシップチームと本社・リージョンのファイナンス部門との連携窓口として、レポーティングおよびコンプライアンス要件への対応を推進
■ ビジネスオペレーション・業務効率化
- 業務プロセスを分析し、効率化・標準化に向けた改善施策の立案および実行を推進
- データに基づく意思決定を支援するため、各種ダッシュボードやマネジメントレポートを企画・運用
- 部門横断のオペレーションプロセスおよびドキュメントの標準化を推進
- 事業運営上の重要施策について、マネージングディレクター（MD）およびリーダーシップチームによる意思決定・アクション実行を支援
応募資格
- ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力および英語力
- セールスオペレーション、リソースマネジメント、ビジネスオペレーションのいずれかの分野において6年以上の実務経験を有すること（コンサルティングファームまたはプロフェッショナルサービス業界での経験があれば尚可）
- ダッシュボードや各種レポートの作成経験を含む高い分析力を有し、データに基づく意思決定を支援できること
- リソース配置、人材育成（アップスキリング）、ベンチマネジメントにおいて、HRおよびプロジェクトリーダーと連携しながら業務を推進した経験
- システム導入・展開プロジェクトへの参画経験、またはチェンジマネジメントやユーザーアダプション推進の実務経験
- タイムシート管理をはじめとする各種コンプライアンスプロセスに対して高い責任感を持ち、細部まで正確に対応できること
- 経営層やリーダーシップチームと連携しながら、業務効率化の推進および健全な事業・財務運営の実現に貢献できる高いビジネスセンスを有すること

YOUR ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to build and scale Capgemini Invent Japan’s operational backbone, ensuring sales, resource management, and delivery processes run efficiently to support the practice’s growth. You will work in close partnership with the Japan leadership team, providing operational visibility and support to top management's strategic decision-making.
Within Capgemini Invent Japan you will work on the following topics:
- Sales Operations
- Support business development through pipeline tracking, proposal coordination, and CRM management.
- Collaborate with leadership to monitor sales performance and drive sales closing.
- Streamline sales-to-delivery handover processes.
- Resource Management
- Oversee staffing allocation across projects to optimize utilization and meet delivery needs.
- Maintain visibility of capacity and demand, enabling proactive workforce planning.
- Coordinate with HR and project leads on upskilling and bench management.
- Lead activity forecasting aggregation for leadership team.
- System Rollout & Enablement
- Support implementation and adoption of internal systems.
- Drive change management and user training initiatives.
- Finance collaboration
- Partner with the Finance team on project financials, including budget revenue recognition, external and internal invoicing accuracy
- Ensure timesheet and billing data integrity to support accurate financial close processes.
- Act as a liaison between Japan leadership and APAC/Japan Finance functions on reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Business Operations & Efficiency
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Standardize workflows and documentation across functions.
- Support the MD in driving internal actions to sustain the business
YOUR PROFILE
- Business-level fluency in Japanese and English, with strong cross-functional communication skills.
- 6+ years of experience in sales operations, resource management, or business operations, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience building dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience coordinating with HR and project leadership on staffing, upskilling, and bench management.
- Track record of supportingsystem rollouts and driving change management and user adoption.
- Rigorous, detail-oriented approach to compliance processes, including timesheet accuracy
- Business acumen, with the ability to support senior leadership in driving operational efficiency and positive financial performance.
