システムインフラ構築領域における、システムインテグレーションプロジェクトの上流検討、PM/SE業務として、以下レベルのProject Managerを募集します。
＜Tier.1-Advisory Project Manager＞
システムインフラ構築のプロジェクトマネージャーとして、要件定義工程から各種テスト工程までの一連の工程を牽引できる方。 プロジェクトのQCD（Quality/Cost/Delivery）を明確化し、顧客との各種交渉/調整を牽引できる方。 プライムベンダーとして顧客との各種交渉・調整事項において、最前線に立ってプロジェクトを牽引できる方。 プロジェクトの成功に影響を与えるリスクを軽減し、問題を解決するために、積極的に予測し、行動を起こせる方。 過去プロジェクト経験を生かし、ソリューションプロセスや手法の改善を推進できる方。 プロジェクトマネージャーとしてのコアスキル、サクセススキルを維持/向上するために継続的な学習ができる方。
Advisory Project Managerの能力に加え、以下が実施できる方を募集します。 システムインフラ構築のプログラム/プロジェクトマネージャーとして、システム構想検討からテスト工程までの一連の工程を牽引できる方。 プログラムまたは複数のプロジェクトを管理し、多くの依存関係やトレードオフ（例：スケジュール、リソース）を管理でき、牽引できる方。 顧客の動向に基づいて新しいビジネスチャンスを特定し、プロジェクトポートフォリオ戦略およびビジネスプランの作成に参加できる方。 顧客のエグゼクティブレベル（役員レベル）に対して、応対できる方。 正式な指導を通じて他のPMを指導し、知財の収穫と共有を図り、キンドリルのプロジェクトマネジメント能力の向上に貢献できる方。
Capability/Experience：
＜Tier.1-Advisory Project Manager＞
システム開発/構築プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーとして3年以上且つ、複数のお客様に対してプロジェクトマネジメントを実施した実績。 10名以上のプロジェクトを牽引した実績。 プロジェクト・マネジメント技法を体系的に理解しており、要件定義工程からシステムリリースまでの一連の工程を牽引し、成功させた実績。
＜Tier.2-Senior Project Manager＞
システム開発/構築プロジェクトにおいて、プログラム/プロジェクトマネージャーとして5年以上且つ、複数のお客様に対してプロジェクトマネジメントを実施した実績。 20名以上のプロジェクトを牽引した実績。 プロジェクト・マネジメント技法を体系的に理解しており、システム構想検討工程からシステムリリースまでの一連の工程を牽引し、成功させた実績。 顧客満足度の高いプロジェクトを牽引した実績。 顧客のエグゼクティブレベル（役員レベル）に対して、応対した実績。
＜歓迎（WANT）＞
・アプリケーション開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 複数の業種業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験
・アジャイル開発技法（スクラム・リーン等）でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験 社内外におけるプロジェクト・マネジメント関連のギブバック活動に積極的で、複数の実績
