Prepares, generates, prints, records and mails customer bills for services. Ensures that the automated billing system is operated and maintained in a manner that efficiently produces accurate bills. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide customer service for assigned customer groups and product areas.
Analyze customer requirements, goals, and usage of existing products, and implement defined solutions and strategies.
Troubleshoot and document specific customer issues (e.g., billing, product application, delivery, quality, etc.).
Conduct product and feature training for customers, including new product release information.
Provide reports and updates on implementation status to customers.
Escalate customer, process, and product issues and questions appropriately.
Create, update, and maintain customer status and other management reports.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/職務と責任

顧客要件、目標、既存製品の利用状況を分析し、定義されたソリューションや戦略を実施する。
2. 特定の顧客課題(例:請求、製品適用、納品、品質等)をトラブルシュートし、記録する。
3. 顧客向けに製品や機能のトレーニングを実施し、新製品リリース情報も含めて提供する。
4. 顧客にレポートや導入状況の更新情報を提供する。
5. 顧客、プロセス、製品に関する課題や質問を適切にエスカレーションする。
6. 顧客状況やその他管理レポートを作成・更新・維持する。
