Description
* Drive saleforce effectiveness analysis including sizing, resource allocation, targeting & segmentation, call planning, activity monitoring,
incentive scheme development
* Provide insight and recommendation from data to business leader in order to make decision for business plan
* Proactively search/identify new data sources to generate insights refining strategies and tactics
* Partner with marketing and digital team to align strategy
Profile
* 5 years of experience in SFE in pharmaceutical industry
* Deeply understand the definitions of data source (e.g. IQVIA, CRM, etc.)
* Ability to apply a broad range of analytical techniques to identify business issue
* Excellence is translating data into business strategy
* Capability to work with cross functional team and business leader
* Business level of English and Japanese
