Our Team

What You Will Do

・鹿児島工場・協力会社製品の生産能力を把握し、バランスの取れた長期供給／売り上げ計画を立てる

・工場Production Controlと協力して需要と供給のギャップを埋め、生産計画から実行までシームレスにつなぎ、顧客満足度向上を図る

・デマンドプランナー/プロダクトマネージャー/セールスチームと協力し、明確な需要見通しと長期製品戦略を把握する

・計画デジタルツールのマスターデータを適切に管理し、グローバルの需給計画を管理する

・新製品キャパシティ管理、生産移管プロジェクトへの参画

・在庫プランニングチームと連携し、適切な生産・在庫プランニング戦略を決定する

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

・Microsoft Office使用経験（Excel, Power Point）、基本的なデータ分析経験

・海外プランナーとのコミュニケーション経験

・日本語：ビジネス上級レベル

・英語：日常会話レベル

What Will Put You Ahead

・製造業務経験

・生産工程、機械、金型能力、BOMなどに関する知識

・SAP使用経験

・Supply Chain業務の経験

・生産計画の経験
