Site Security Manager

The Opportunity:

The Site Security Manager will support secure facility planning, sensitive facility security and accreditation activities for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information Facilities as well as other accredited facilities built or renovated in accordance with ICD or ICS705 technical specifications. The SSM will serve as the primary on-site security lead responsible for coordinating facility security requirements across military installations which include Accrediting Officials, security stakeholders, general contractors, architects, engineers, CSTs, and project personnel.

On our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. Using computer-related facilities management software and your problem-solving skills, you’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission-critical projects in the INDOPACOM AOR.

What You'll Work On:

  • Develop, maintain and implement the Facility Security Plan in coordination with Accrediting Officials, security stakeholders, general contractors, architects, engineers, CSTs and other project personnel.

  • Interpret and apply ICD or ICS 705 requirements to secure facility planning, execution, surveillance, documentation, and accreditation support.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation required for final secure facility accreditation including project records, inspections, photographs, certifications, checklist, and deviation logs.

  • Establish and enforce access procedures for workers, visitors, subcontractors, vendors, government personnel, and delivery personnel.

  • Establish programs such as project surveillance, Design Support Review, material Control, security Documentation, Stakeholder Coordination, Training & Briefings, and closeout support.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting DOW Intelligence Community, physical security, industrial security, facilities security, project surveillance, or secure facility projects

  • Experience supporting SCIF, SAPF controlled spaces, classified facilities, or secure facility projects

  • Experience in maintaining inspection logs, incident reports, daily reports, access logs, deviation reports, corrective actions, project photos, and accreditation support documentation

  • Experience with ICD705 technical specifications, DOW physical security requirements, project security plans, secure facility accreditation processes, or government security guidance

  • Ability to develop, implement, or manage project contractors

  • Ability to work on site in an active project environment and coordinate security requirements during planning, execution, inspections, and closeouts

  • ​TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in a construction surveillance technician position

  • Experience of working in an overseas environment

  • Experience in Military Installations

  • Knowledge of TEMPEST

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
