Social Media and Influencer Marketing Strategist
Based in Tokyo, Japan
Representing my client, a media agency to headhunt for a Strategist in Social Media and Influencer Marketing. This role is to be based out of Tokyo, Japan. An exciting role with loads of perks, growth and progression.
Your Mission:
* Support all social media and influencer programs
* Build strategic and customized influencer marketing campaigns
* Identify relevant influencers and establish relationships to ensure continued success.
* You will collect and analyze information about different digital media channels, with regards to consumer behavior, circulation, audience trends and the impact of different methods.
* Demonstrate knowledge of media planning process to support Media Planner and Supervisor across a multitude of client deliverables
* Research and coordinate with team to determine the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
* Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans and more
* Develop briefs, frameworks, client reports, and key agency documentation under guidance of senior staff.
* Coordinate with Media Ops Team
* Assist various senior staff in execution of internal agency projects.
* Develop client-facing relationship and servicing skills to better provide efficient deployment to our partners and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 3+ years experience in an agency, tech startup, marketing, integrated marketing communications, or media sales role.
* Proven experience in digital media/marketing is preferred
* Strong knowledge of media channels and social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
* Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
* Demonstrates accountability and strong organizational skills
* Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
