エンジニアリング部門 信頼性エンジニアリンググループは、製造設備の長期的な安定稼働と信頼性向上を使命とする部門です。予備部品の適切な管理と、保全管理システム（CMMS）の効果的な運用は、設備停止リスクの最小化とコスト最適化の両立において中核的な役割を担っています。本ポジションは保全技術者・購買部門・品質管理部門を横断してつなぐハブ機能を担い、データに基づく予防保全体制の強化を通じて、高品質な医薬品製造に直接貢献します。自分の専門性とデジタルツールの双方を活かし、タケダのIndustry 4.0への進化を現場から支えたい方を求めています。

OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE

• 予備部品の調達・受入・保管・出庫・棚卸を一元的に管理し、最適な在庫水準を維持することで設備の安定稼働を支援する。 Centrally manage spare parts procurement, receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and support stable equipment operation.

• CMSシステム（SAP PM 等）の管理者として、資産台帳・保全記録・作業指示の正確性とデータ品質を維持し、コンプライアンスの高い保全・校正ワークフローの運用を確保する。 As CMMS system administrator (SAP PM, etc.), maintain accuracy and data quality of asset master data, maintenance records, and work orders, ensuring maintenance and calibration workflows are operated with a high degree of compliance.

• KPI（スペアパーツ充足率・PM達成率・在庫回転率等）を定期的に測定・分析し、継続的改善活動を推進する。 Regularly measure and analyze key performance indicators (spare parts fill rate, PM completion rate, inventory turnover, etc.) and drive continuous improvement activities.

• 社内外監査・査察において、予備部品管理および保全記録の専門家（SME）として説明・対応を行い、規制要件への適合を実証する。 Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for spare parts management and maintenance records during internal and external audits and inspections, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

予備部品管理 / Spare Parts Management

• 工場内全製造設備・ユーティリティ設備に係る予備部品の受入・入出庫・保管・廃棄を管理し、倉庫レイアウトの機能性・安全性を維持する。 Manage receipt, issuance, storage, and disposal of spare parts for all manufacturing and utility equipment on site, maintaining functional and safe storeroom layout.

• クリティカルスペア・推奨スペアを特定・分類し、Min/Max 在庫水準を設定のうえ、CMMS（SAP PM）マスタへ登録・維持する。 Identify and classify critical and recommended spare parts, set Min/Max stock levels, and register and maintain entries in the CMMS (SAP PM) master data.

• 定期的な棚卸（サイクルカウントおよび実地棚卸）を実施し、在庫精度を確保する。 Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain inventory accuracy.

• 不動在庫・廃番部品を追跡し、処分方針を立案のうえ、必要な準備を実施する。 Track obsolete and unused materials, develop disposition recommendations, and oversee necessary preparations.

• 入荷時の検査・CMMS トランザクション処理が適時・正確に完了していることを確認する。 Confirm that all necessary inspections and CMMS transactions for incoming shipments are completed promptly and accurately.

• 保守・生産・計画目的のための部品のキッティング・ステージング・払出しを管理する。 Supervise kitting, staging, and delivery of materials for maintenance, production, and planning purposes.

• 在庫最適化戦略を策定し、効率と費用対効果のバランスを確保する。 Devise strategies to optimize inventory levels, ensuring efficiency and cost effectiveness.

• GMP 環境下での保管・管理基準を遵守し、倉庫セキュリティプログラムを継続的に点検・改善する。 Comply with GMP storage and management standards, and continuously review and improve storeroom security programs.

CMMS 管理・運用 / CMMS Administration & Operation

• 専門知識を活かして CMMS システム（SAP PM 等）のスムーズな運用・プロセス・手順を確保する。 Leverage subject matter expertise to ensure smooth operation of CMMS systems (SAP PM, etc.), processes, and procedures.

• 保全エンジニア・計画担当者・保全技術者・校正技術者・ユーティリティオペレーター等への CMMS 利用教育・トレーニングを実施する。 Educate and train maintenance engineers, planners/schedulers, maintenance technicians, calibration technicians, utility operators, and others on the use of CMMS.

• ワークフロー・CMMS システムのパフォーマンス・作業指示の完了状況を管理・監視する。 Manage and monitor workflows, the performance of the CMMS system, and the completion of work orders.

• 手順書・マニュアルに従い、資産台帳マスタデータおよび保全・校正記録を CMMS に入力・管理する。 Follow procedures and manuals to enter and manage asset master data and maintenance/calibration records in the CMMS.

• CMMS のクエリを実行し、保全パフォーマンス指標を開発・公表する。 Perform queries of the CMMS, develop, and publish maintenance performance metrics.

• CMMS へのアクセス権限申請を管理する。 Manage access requests to the CMMS system.

• 作業指示・資産・保全記録に関するステータスレポートを作成する。 Create status reports for work orders, assets, and maintenance records.

• CMMS 障害・計画停止時には速やかに利用者へ周知し、紙ベースのバックアップ運用で業務継続を支援する。 Communicate CMMS unavailability promptly and support business continuity by maintaining a paper-based backup work order management system during extended outages.

• 社内外監査・査察のために資産台帳データおよび保全記録のレポートを作成・提供する。 Retrieve and prepare reports of asset master data and maintenance records in support of internal and external audits and inspections.

• 保全管理に関する社外保全委託先の管理を行う。 Manage external contractors involved in maintenance-related activities.

• 上長特命事項を遂行する。 Carry out superior special matters.

Technical / Functional (Line) Expertise

• 業務遂行に必要な手順書・指示書を読んで従うことができ、会話・文書でのコミュニケーション能力を有する。 Can read and follow procedures and instructions necessary for business execution, and has strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Word・Excel 等の標準的なオフィスソフトウェアおよび SAP PM（または同等の CMMS）を扱える。 Proficient in standard office software such as Word and Excel, as well as SAP PM or equivalent CMMS platforms.
• 医薬品製造設備（製剤・充填・ユーティリティ等）の基本的な知識があることが望ましい。 Knowledge of basic pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (formulation, filling, utilities, etc.) is desirable.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS

• 高専卒以上、工学・エンジニアリング・情報システム・サプライチェーン等の関連分野における学位または同等の実務経験
• 製造業における設備保全・資材管理・倉庫管理のいずれかに関する実務経験（3年以上）
• CMMS の使用経験（SAP PM・Oracle JD Edwards・IBM Maximo・Blue Mountain RAM 等、いずれか一つ以上）
• 英語力（業務文書の読み書きに対応できること） ※必須
• Word・Excel 等の標準オフィスツールの活用能力（データ集計・分析）
• 分析力・論理的思考力・問題解決力
• マルチタスクが得意で、優先順位をつけながら複数業務を並行して遂行できる方
• GMP に関する基礎知識 ※有ると望ましい（医薬品・バイオテクノロジー・関連cGMP業界での経験があれば尚可）
• コンピュータ化システムバリデーション（CSV）の基礎知識 ※有ると望ましい
