It’s an experienced role and mainly responsible for logistics activities coordination and 3P service provider management, Logistics Cost dispute, Customer Complaints investigation, project management, etc.
Responsibilities 职责
- Shipment fulfillment- Ensure truck booking, loading, in-transit tracking, unloading for outbound shipments in timely manner as well as work out solution in case of any issue.
- Execute SAP transactions (Goods Issue/Receipt, Delivery Note, etc) and manage EDI interfaces promptly to maintain data accuracy.
- Reconcile 3P WH inventory to ensure 100% inventory accuracy on monthly basis.
- In-transit shipments management: Monitor and track real-time status of inbound shipments to ensure visibility and proactive exception handling.
- Customs clearance & Drayage: Oversee import declarations in compliance and efficiency. Coordinate inland transportation (drayage) to guarantee on-time delivery from port to warehouse/depot.
- SAP Management: Accurately execute SAP transactions (e.g., ETA updates), ensuring data integrity between physical flow and system records.
- Maximize the utilization of import trucking resources and make risk mitigation plan to minimize extra cost.
- Drive cross-functional process alignment projects, like harmonizing import ops process into one EM, etc.
