Our Team

The Power and Signal business unit is responsible for the WTB/WTW that will bring sustainable growth to Molex. The Signal team is comprised of a group of product managers, product engineers and project managers. It is a global team headquartered in the US with members in India, Singapore, Korea, Japan and many other countries. Our project managers provide project QCD and cross-functional leadership to launch new products in line with the business unit’s goals.

What You Will Do

Support project managers in realizing new product development projects from concept to commercialization.

• Coordinate sample for EV/DV/PV/customer

• Manage sample shipment to customers

• Manage change requests and records

- Develop and Track detail Action plans

- Coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

- Identify / Escalate project risks and develop solutions where necessary

- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements,

• Provide additional support as needed based on experience.

• Take on additional project management based on experience.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• For aiming to become project managers,

• 5+ years of work experience,

• Experience leading a global network,

• Ability to express ideas, exchange information clearly and concisely, and appropriate communication (effective written and oral) skills to demonstrate them,

• Japanese: Business Level

• English: Lower Business Level

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in Electronics/Automotive/Engineering/Manufacturing industry

• Knowledge/Experience in new product development process
