Our Team and Main responsibilities:

製造部及び製造部各課の目標・方針・計画に基づき、それらを達成するために自分自身の定められた業務を周囲と協調性を持って遂行する。

業務内容詳細

1. 生産管理

•適正品質を確保し、製品を安定的に製造供給する。

•異常発生時の状況報告を工程責任者及び製造工程責任者に行う。

•各種適格性評価及びValidation業務を期限内に実行出来るようにサポートする。

•GMP関連書類の記入を行う。

•サノフィの品質方針に基づきGMPに適合する製造機械・設備の維持管理をサポートする。"

2. 業務改善を実現する

•生産性向上のための施策を提案する。

•Project及び改善提案を推進・実行する。（Projectはリーダーとして活躍出来ること）

•収率改善のための施策を提案する。

3.品質管理

•社内外のAuditでの指摘事項について業務改善を提案する。

•衛生管理の維持。

4．経験

•機械オペレーター業務経験（優遇）

•医薬品ならびに食品、化粧品製造経験（優遇）

•GMP知識（あれば好ましい）

5.安全衛生管理 "

•労働環境に関わる方針やガイドラインを実行する。

•立案された方針やガイドラインを遵守する。

•環境保護に努め、生産ラインの労働安全を確保する。

・上記1~5のうち、3つ以上について2年以上の実務

2. 管理

•設備管理の経験（あれば好ましい）

•生産ラインの管理（機械・人員）"
