Job Description
Must have Skills : Tableau (Capable), English, SQL (Capable),Japanese, Data Warehouse, Job Description : Japanese and English business level fluency / basic understanding of DWH, SQL, Tableau / PMO, business analyst Japanese local client engagement (business analysis, requirement gathering in Japanese) Understand client requirements and coordinate with operations team to get work done Team management / PMO (in English, operation team is mainly based in India) Daily operation, includes Tickets distribution, Dashboards validation, Problem finding and fix tracking, Source file and progress tracking, Dashboard access provision, and etc... General operation communication including information collection and feedback collection from Ticket caller, Product Owner , Other counterparts (other vendors, AWB developers) Support operations with expertise in NBI requirements, business rules/metrics, reporting, and data refresh Provide status reports and participate in weekly meetings with NBI
