Job Description
1. Strategic Business Planning and Performance Management
Develop and manage long-term business plans to support sustainable business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align business objectives, priorities, and execution plans.
- Monitor key business performance indicators, track progress against targets, and recommend actions to improve business results.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and business performance data to support management decision-making.
2. Dashboard Development, Operations, and KPI Management
- Plan, develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards.
- Track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify performance gaps and business risks.
- Drive improvement initiatives by leveraging dashboard insights to uncover business challenges and opportunities.
- Promote the adoption and effective use of dashboards and analytics tools across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
【MUST】
- Analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to identify issues and make logical, data-driven decisions.
- Data aggregation, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to identify business issues and propose improvements through KPI visualization and reporting.
- Communication/Cordination skills across multiple functions and global teams.
- Business-level English communication skills, including email/meetings with overseas stakeholders.
【WANT】
- Experience with Power BI, MDP, SAP, or similar business intelligence and enterprise systems.
- Experience development/maintain business dashboards.
- Experience in KPI tracking and business management, including Funnel, DIN/DWIN, and Forecast analysis.
