In this permanent role in the heart of Tokyo, you will be part of the team, running the daily business and bringing the FREITAG spirit to the floor. Your Mission You act as the FREITAG Ambassador at Dover Street Market Ginza (DSMG), sharing our story, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and driving sales You provide exceptional, service-oriented support to meet all customer needs at this prestigious fashion destination You ensure the shop floor is always in its best condition by strictly following our internal Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines, maintaining the highest aesthetic standards You collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) on inventory control and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels at this unique location You monitor and summarize market trends, sales performance, and customer feedback, reporting regularly to the BDM to share key insights from this specific market segment You support our other FREITAG stores in Tokyo occasionally whenever help is required, ensuring a strong connection to the local F-Crew Your backpack includes You bring a solid background in retail sales or the hospitality business You have mastered various methods of delivering a premium customer experience and ensuring customer satisfaction You genuinely love making people smile and creating positive interactions with a proactive attitude You have an open-minded personality as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills You have a deep affinity for the FREITAG brand and find joy in sharing our philosophy with others You are fluent in Japanese and have the ability to communicate effectively in English Your application Tell us something about yourself in your cover letter.
