Boeing Japan KK is currently for seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) in Tokyo, Japan to support our business units across Japan. This is a critical role within Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team that will support global growth projects and will be required to lead & participate in a variety of recruitment activities to ensure that the organization’s talent acquisition process is efficient, effective and equitable.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads talent acquisition efforts for all the aligned business and/or functional areas to ensure hiring targets are met – this will include intake sessions for new positions, requisition management activities, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation/ screening, interview process, offer negotiations and new hire on-boarding, etc
Develops recruiting and sourcing strategies for complex staffing surges and represents plan to the leadership
Prepares internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs
Partners and consults with hiring organizations, across multiple disciplines and organizations.
Develops strategic talent acquisition plans, implement workforce plans in collaboration with HR/business partners
Leads all aspects of the interview process (candidate prep, on-site, candidate debrief/outcome, offer creation/extension) while creating a strong candidate experience
Research talent markets and build talent sourcing strategies that capture, engage and maintain top, diverse talent pipelines
Execute against strategic talent acquisition plans to ensure all hiring targets are met on time
Deliver exceptional candidate experience
Create and foster deep business relationships with all stakeholders
Responsible for high level of data integrity on all activities

Collaborate with GTA leadership on how to enhance sourcing capability across the enterprise
This position is on a hybrid arrangement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
8 years’ experience in Talent Sourcing or Talent Acquisition
Demonstrable experience of sourcing and maintaining talent pipelines
Understands the importance of, embraces and exceeds performance targets
‘Always people first’; focus on candidate experience and delivering an outstanding service
Inquisitive with a proactive approach to problem solving, strategic mindset
Understands the value of data
Solid communicator, strong fluency in English and Japanese to effectively communicate with different stakeholders & departments within the organization
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
Culturally aware; comfortable working across many geographies
Uses collaborative relationships to achieve goals
Eye for detail
Digital literacy
Experience using Workday would be an advantage but is not essential
