Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Associate, you will be part of our Japan Talent Acquisition team, and will work on attracting great talent to join roles across the whole organization, from creatives, to data analysts, account managers, and many more. 

What you will do with us: 

· Partner with our hiring managers to attract the best talent to Publicis Groupe Japan 

· Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team members to deliver on our hiring goals 

· Report progress on KPIs and provide data-driven solutions 

· Come up with ideas and solutions on how to improve our hiring process

Qualifications

What you will bring: 

· Minimum 2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience 

· A positive attitude to problem-solving and a growth mindset 

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

· High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks 

· Japanese Native level and English Business level proficiency
