Talent Acquisition Specialist - Your future position?

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talents in the market to help build the organization's capabilities in line with the local and global policies and guidelines.

Sounds interesting? In this exciting role you also will be responsible in:

  • Service Delivery:

    • Implement sourcing and evaluation strategies for JL9-JL4 roles, and in exceptional cases for JL3 roles, in collaboration with local HR and external vendors.

    • Confirm interview materials, such as questionnaires and panel selection, in advance for an effective and fair evaluation process.

    • Collaborate with other team members, such as Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs), to ensure a seamless execution of the recruitment process.

    • Analyze data and provide solutions to resolve issues during the recruitment process.

  • Vendor Management:

    • Engage with third-party candidate assessment agencies, such as those providing psychometric tests, as required.

    • Ensure that these agencies meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators.

  • Stakeholder & Controls:

    • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to ensure compliance with the company's philosophy and policies in the recruitment process.

    • Ensure compliance with internal operating procedures and control measures, including HR data integrity and government regulations.

    • Act as a contact person for internal and external stakeholders regarding operational topics.

    • Escalate questions or errands to the appropriate HR contact when necessary.

  • Documentation:

    • Maintain and update training documents and materials relevant to talent acquisition, such as interview protocols.

    • Ensure secure and compliant storage of candidate data.

  • Reports:

    • Contribute to Talent Acquisition reports by providing insights on own area of expertise at the request of Solutions Optimization.

    • Perform administrative duties, such as ensuring system accuracy and providing input on metrics.

  • Improvements:

    • Gather feedback on service levels and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

    • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.

    • Participate in assigned projects.

Your professional profile includes:

  • University / Bachelor’s Degree in human resources/ psychology or any relevant field of study

  • At least 5 years of experience within an agency set up or with a global multinational organization

  • Good English and Japanese both spoken and written

  • Excellent grasp of the local talent landscape

  • Strong PC skills, including competency in MS Office products.

  • Have a customer-centric mindset that drives results through partnership
