主要職務内容：テイスト＆ウェルビーイング事業部での営業活動におけるデータ分析＆改善提案

☆主な職務内容

社内における業務の効率化、自動化を目的としたWebシステムの構築をリードする
営業部門、開発部門、製造関連部門などの部署間の業務の効率化のためのシステム構築
日々の企業活動における重要KPIの検討、選定を上長、関係部署と連携して進める
データの可視化のために必要なBIツールの選定および最適なダッシュボードの構築をリードする

中長期的には、データから具体的なインサイトを得、戦略および施策立案のための提案をする

☆応募資格

1．以下の業務経験者

５年以上のIT、Webシステム構築経験
尚可：香料業界での経験を有し、香料業界の業務内容を理解している

2．学歴

大卒以上（専攻は問わず）

3．能力・技術・資格等

データを基盤とした全社視点を有し、全体最適で進められる能力を有している
社内におけるデータの利活用、自動化を目的としたWebシステムが構築できる
データの可視化のために必要なBIツールに関する十分な知識を有し、最適なダッシュボードの構築ができる
社内システムの不十分またはボトルネックを発見し、改善につなげることができる
戦略的な施策立案を意識したデータの適切な加工、抽出ができる
抽出データから具体的なインサイトを得る基本的な能力を有し、今後伸ばす意欲をがある
社内関係部署との迅速な情報共有を行い、良好な関係を築くことができる
PCスキル：上記に必要なPCスキルおよび基礎的なMSオフィス（エクセル、ワード、パワーポイント）およびe-mailシステム
日本語：ネイティブレベル
尚可：プロジェクトマネジメント経験、英語ビジネスレベル

☆諸条件

1. 勤務地：東京本社（東京都品川区⼤崎3-6-6）

2. 雇用形態：正社員（当初3ヵ月、試用期間）

3. 勤務時間： 9:00〜17:15（所定労働時間：7時間15分、途中休憩60分）

フレックス制度あり（コアタイム11:00~15:00）

勤務シフトあり（勤務時間8:00~19:15の間）

4. 在宅勤務：週1日を上限として在宅勤務を認める

5. 給与（年収等）：前職収入・経験・能力等を考慮し、当社規定により決定

（時間外手当対象外）

賞与年間１回（業績変動賞与）

6. 休日：完全週休2日制（土日祝日）

夏期、年末年始、慶弔休暇などを含め年間休日125日
