Job Responsibilities:
- AI / Machine Learning Development
- Develop and optimize ML/DL and Generative AI models for business scenarios
- Process business data and build datasets for model training and fine-tuning
- Iterate and tune models to improve accuracy, stability, and inference performance
- Support model deployment, production rollout, and ongoing maintenance
- Track emerging AI technologies and implement feasible technical upgrades
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields
- 10+ years of professional experience in AI, Solid Machine Learning and Deep Learning fundamentals.
- Experience leading AI solution architecture and delivery teams. Experience implementing optimization, simulation, forecasting, or AI-driven decision systems
- Familiarity with NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or LLM applications
- Proficient in Python and major AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
- Strong experience with data processing and model development workflows
- Capable of end-to-end AI model development and production deployment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Generative AI & LLM Experience: Hands-on experience with: LLM fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, AI Agent development, Agentic Workflow implementation, Knowledge-based AI applications
- MLOps & Deployment: Experience with Model optimization, Inference acceleration, Container deployment, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud AI platforms.
Language Required: Fluent Level Japanese (JLPT N1 and above) and Business level japanese required.
