Technical Engineer
具体的な業務内容
日本国内の社内外関係者に対し、ファクトリーオートメーション製品またはプロセスオートメーション製品（防爆仕様）のトレーニングおよびアプリケーションサポートを提供する。
プリセールス、製品トレーニング、フィールドテスト、アプリケーションレポート、QSMおよびRMA手続きに関する知識の習得・体系化および運用プロセスの確立・維持を行う。
顧客アプリケーションにおける個別要件に対し、技術的なトラブルシューティングおよびサポートを実施する。
地域およびグローバルの関係者と密に連携を取り、情報共有やフィードバックの活性化を図るとともに、効果的なチームワークを推進する（特に日本・シンガポール・ドイツ間の連携を重視）。
新製品のローンチイベントを企画・実施し、さまざまなアプリケーションおよび業界から市場フィードバックを収集する。
顧客訪問、セミナー、展示会等に向けた製品デモンストレーションの企画・設計を行う。
マーケティング資料および技術文書の翻訳・校正を支援し、ローカライズ対応を行う。
その他、必要に応じてマネジメントから指示された業務を遂行する。
必要な条件
学歴:
電子工学、機械工学、工業工学、または同等の学位
語学力:
日本語ネイティブ + 英語中級（TOEICのスコア600点以上が望ましい）
経験:
(必須条件)
電子機器若しくは部品メーカでフィールドアプリケーションエンジニアのご経験(2年以上)
顧客へのサポートおよび社内での折衝業務のご経験
海外のエンジニアとのコミュニケーション（メールベース）
（歓迎条件）
pythonやC++を使用した評価用ソフト開発のご経験
PLC等のプログラミングのご経験
産業用ネットワークに関する知識をお持ちの方
オシロスコープ等を使用した電子機器解析のご経験
FA（ファクトリーオートメーション）またはPA（プロセスオートメーション）業界でのフィールドサポート経験
その他要件:
高いコミュニケーション力をお持ちの方
チームでの協働はもちろん、自律的に業務を進められる方
課題解決に前向きに取り組み、柔軟な発想で物事を考えられる方
