Job Responsibilities:
- Management and technical lead for Windows 11 upgrade projects
- Progress management of project members, deliverables review, and customer reporting
- Operation of weekly and monthly regular meetings and coordination and communication with related departments
- Creation and deployment policy formulation and review of Windows 11 master images
- Design, verification, and implementation support for Intune Autopilot
- Formulation and implementation support for Windows upgrade distribution plans using Intune
- Windows 11 deployment management using MECM
- Support for GPO creation, verification, implementation, and operations
- Preparation and approval processes for various documents related to Change Management
- Technical coordination with Microsoft and related teams
- Collaboration with global teams, application distribution, and policy deployment support
- Operational automation and scripting using PowerShell, BAT, etc.
Job Qualifications:
- PL or PM experience in Windows upgrade projects or equivalent infrastructure projects
- Practical experience in designing, deploying, and operating Windows 11 environments
- Knowledge and experience in endpoint management platforms utilizing Intune, Entra ID, MECM, etc.
- Experience in project promotion including client reporting, progress management, and stakeholder coordination
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing and implementing Intune Autopilot
- Experience in building and operating MECM
- Experience creating and deploying Windows master images
- Experience designing and implementing GPOs
- Experience in operational automation using PowerShell and similar tools
- Experience in device management projects in large-scale user environments
- Good communication with BP employees.
Languages Required: Fluent level Japanese and Conversational level English.
