Position Details :
Define and clarify business requirements
Clarify system, functional, integration, and operational requirements
Communicate with all stakeholders, including external companies, vendors, and development teams
Manage the backlog and drive operational improvements
Manage production operations
Handle and resolve production issues
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management or high-level design/R&D at a vendor.
- Strong understanding of IT technical skills, including protocols, databases, and coding.
- Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements.
- Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents.
- Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively.
- High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above).
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with BSS in the telecom industry
Experience in development, coding, and SQL
Experience with Billing, Payment, EC Portals, and API-based integration
