Job Purpose

This position requires a deep understanding of flexography process and strong practical ability.
This position is aligned with MacDermid's sales strategy and is responsible for supporting MGS customers, partner suppliers, and internal application development work.
The skills required for this position include plate production/plate evaluation, process audit, analysis of printed materials and plate samples, process troubleshooting, quality issue handling, and plate troubleshooting on different MacDermid customer printing machines.
Proactive self motivator who can work closely with customers, on-site service, and sales personnel, and be able to work independently to ensure that the benefits of customers and MGS are realized, while also helping to promote MacDermid's products.

Job Responsibilities

Plate process review
Provide technical and sales support for MGS products
Provide technical support for solvent and thermal plate making processes
Operating knowledge of CDI equipment for flexography
Knowledge of how to use plate measuring instruments and other prepress equipment
Good English communication skills
Frequent business trips are required
Electrical/mechanical skills and PLC knowledge
