A Day in the Life

＜部門について＞

カーディアックリズムマネジメント (CRM)は、メドトロニックの起源である心臓植込み型ペースメーカをはじめ、植込み型除細動器等、心臓植込み型デバイスを扱っている部署です。メドトロニックは本分野のPioneerであり、現在もトップメーカーとして医療に貢献をしています。 その中でも、CRM T&E (Training & Education) は、新製品をはじめ既存の製品において、社員のみならず顧客へも広く製品教育活動を展開しており、事業部の柱と言える部署です。特にMedtronic Mobile Training Lab（医療従事者が最新の医療機器や手術手技を学ぶために、日本全国の病院や施設へ直接出向くトラック型の移動式手術トレーニング施設）は弊社しか所有しておらず、こちらを使用した教育企画は大変好評を得ております。

＜業務内容＞

医療従事者に対するトレーニング企画・運営し、当社が扱う製品の機能説明・使用方法と手技のレクチャーを行っていただきます。業務内容には以下が含まれます。

• 全国の顧客に対してのMedtronic Mobile Training Lab（移動式MTL）の企画申請と実運用業務

• 担当地域の顧客に対する、デモンストレーションや手技サポート

• 事業部製品の機能説明・使用方法と手技のレクチャー

• 製品別手技シミュレーターの改修・見直しの実施

• 学会とのコラボレーション推進

• 部署内、デジタルによる効率化

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 心臓植込み型ペースメーカをはじめ、植込み型除細動器等、心臓植込み型デバイスのトレーニング/教育または営業経験2年以上

• 土日出勤可能な方（土日にかかる教育イベントが多いため）

• 全国出張が可能な方（MTL運用）

Skill / Knowledge

• 心臓植込み型ペースメーカをはじめ、植込み型除細動器等、心臓植込み型デバイスの基礎知識

• 出来れば、CDR（ペースメーカ／ICD関連情報担当者資格）を取得していたらなお良い。

Competency

• 全国の顧客と社員と関わる業務の為、コミュニケーション力は必須

• Excel・PowerPoint・PC全般知識

Education

• 学士以上（学部・学科は問わない）

Job Experience

• シュミレーター等の教育機器の製作や企画にかかわったことがある方

Skill / Knowledge

• CDR（ペースメーカ／ICD関連情報担当者資格）を取得している

• 医療業界の知識

• AI等のデジタル知識

Competency

• 英語力

• アイディア・企画力

＜Working Style＞

• MTL全国イベント業務による出張70回前後。平日に振替休日取得。

• 上記以外は、基本テレワーク。月2・3日 MICへ出社。
