■概要
本ポジションは、GCB、GIS、TRに関する世界各地のトラブル案件に対応し、原因特定から解決策の提示、現場復旧まで一連の業務を主導します。顧客との窓口として課題を迅速に把握し、技術的・商務的観点から最適な対応を行います。
■主な職務内容
・顧客からの問い合わせを起点に、暫定復旧の現場作業完了まで、業務遂行を一貫して行う(主な不具合内容:ガスや油漏れ、フラッシュオーバー、破損、固渋等)
・顧客からの問い合わせ回答、必要ドキュメントを作成
・必要な専門分野のメンバーでプロジェクトチームを編成し、各メンバーが計画通りにタスクを完了できるよう管理し主導する
・プロジェクトのマイルストーンを定義し、期限内に製品復旧を実現
・Root Cause Analysis(RCA)を主導し、恒久対策の立案、実行を推進する
・逸脱発生時には迅速に是正措置を実施し、計画復旧を推進
・顧客の第一窓口として、積極的・明確なコミュニケーションにより顧客満足を確保
・製品リスク低減に向けた変更管理、対策展開を実施
・定期的なプロジェクト報告を行い、改善可能性があればチームと共有
■応募要件
必須
・顧客対応を伴うトラブルシューティングの経験があり、不具合対応を進めるためのチーム運営スキル
・顧客や社内外の関係者と信頼関係を構築し、トラブル解決を推進できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
・電気や機械系の学位、または電気や機械系の業務経験5年以上

・GCB、GIS、TRに関する一般知識、一部専門知識がある方
・プロジェクトマネジメント資格所持、もしくは業務経験により相応のスキルがある方

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will manage the entire workflow from the initial customer inquiry through to the completion of on-site work for temporary restoration. Main types of issues include gas or oil leaks, flashovers, damage, seizure/sticking, etc.
2. You will respond to customer inquiries and prepare the necessary documentation.
3. You will form a project team with members from the required areas of expertise, and lead and manage the team to ensure each member completes their tasks according to plan.
4. You will define project milestones and achieve product restoration within the required timeline.
5. You will lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive the planning and implementation of permanent countermeasures.
6. In the event of any deviation, you will promptly implement corrective actions and drive recovery in line with the plan.
7.You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive and clear communication.
8. You will implement change management and countermeasure deployment to reduce product risks.
9. You will provide regular project reports and share potential improvement opportunities with the team.
10. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. Experience in troubleshooting involving customer communication, with team management skills to drive issue resolution.
2. Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders, and to lead troubleshooting activities toward resolution.
3. Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or at least 5 years of work experience in an electrical or mechanical field.
4. General knowledge and some specialized knowledge of GCB, GIS, and TR.
5. Project management certification, or equivalent project management skills gained through practical work experience.
