(Vision Care / Supply Chain) Senior Manager, Customer & Logistics Services Div. Operation Management Distribution

To achieve the business plan:
•Operates and manages smooth and cost-effective operations related to Vision's warehouse
operation and domestic transportation
•Lead vendor management and develop the effective 3PL model
•Monitor KPI/SLA and work with team/vendors to improve the performance
•Understand Vision Japan's (Vision Care, CEH, and Surgical VIsion) strategic business plans
•Develop Vision DC's 10-year site plan
•Manage 3PL warehouse operation and domestic transportation
•Responsible for developing long-term partnership strategies with suppliers and building effective partnerships
•Manage KPI, CIP, and SG&A cost management
•Develop mid and long-term Vision SC Deliver strategy to support the future growth of the business
•Responsible for warehouse process development, excellent execution of Kaizen projects
•Enlighten the safety of work in the warehouse and improve the work environment
•Improve overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process
•Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
•Supervise any warehouse process disruption risk management
•Implement new technologies and stay alert to recent trends and developments in the sector
•Proactively participate in discussion with commercial leaders as a representative of Supply Chain Deliver
•Monitors compliance with safety procedures•Complete assigned training as scheduled
•Education in Supply Chain or Business with related work experience
•More than 10 years of experience in supply chain
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent organizational and project management skills
•Able to solve problems and make decisions, as well as to think strategically and laterally
•Proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers
Working location and Business Trip
Haneda Distribution Center and Tokyo headquarters when necessary
