MISSION:
VM coordination and DP daily updates, ensuring smooth operations and consistent delivery across VM, MKT activation, BTQ animation and store design initiatives. We need to follow HQ strategy to expand LT sales as well as keeping WI visibility, creating LT & Cross Category attractive display. Collaborate with HQ and local sales and MKT to optimize retail & sales experience and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day coordination & quick action of VM activities, including administrative tasks and follow-ups
Active to create attractive Leather goods and cross-category display, enhancing brand uniqueness, aligning with VM manager.
Preparation and organization of VM guidelines, tools, and communication materials
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of VM initiatives and projects
Tracking and reporting of VM activities and requests
Quick catch-up relevant systems and technics to master handling.
Assist in organizing schedules, priorities, and ongoing tasks within the team
Contribute to maintaining high standards in VM execution across the network
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication, Merch, Retail, WSL.
Control POSM order within the allowed scope of Budget. Support BTQ animation, local key events, by event assist, VM and DP arrangement.
Visualize DP plan to quick roll out each BTQ to better and easy understanding.
Support BU Control on VM part, following VM Manager guidance.
