- Translates customer‘s requirement into formulation design and develops process guidelines according to customer needs and equipment constrains
- Develops test procedures for thermomechanical and electrical testing of formulations
- Executes formulation preparation and testing of thermomechanical properties
- Formulation Upscaling
- Formulation development for spin-on, slit coating and spray coating
- Reporting and documentation for internal R&D program and preparation of presentation material for customers
- BSC degree or above in Chemistry
