As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will lead the workplace experience across Bloomberg’s Tokyo office, ensuring our spaces, services, events, and Front of House operations deliver an exceptional experience for employees, clients, guests, and visitors.
You will oversee Front of House and workplace services, events, room reservations, catering, vendor performance, and the operational readiness of Facilities-managed spaces. You will work closely with service partners and internal teams including Security, Facilities, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Audio Visual (A/V) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and event delivery.
A key part of your role will be leading, coaching, and influencing our vendor partner teams, creating a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with Bloomberg’s workplace standards and service expectations.
You will also help shape our workplace experience strategy for Tokyo, using workplace data, employee feedback, and operational insights to identify opportunities to improve services, enhance employee engagement, and respond to evolving business needs. As a subject matter expert, you will advise stakeholders and vendors on event planning and execution, room reservations, and ticketing processes, while partnering with engineering and technology teams to enhance workplace systems and operational processes.
You will bring sound operational and financial judgment, including experience managing budgets, reviewing and approving vendor invoices, and maintaining appropriate financial controls. Success in this role will require strong stakeholder and vendor management, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and confidence building relationships with business leaders, administrative teams, and regional and global Workplace Experience partners.
