①施設担当者(Rep)の社内トレーニングの実施とサポート活動
所属チームの施設ターゲティングやキーアクションの優先順位をセールスマネージャーと共にリードする。MARLOを通して売上拡大や新製品の導入が見込める施設攻略をRepと協働して計画。また見込み顧客のビジネスニーズを特定し、ツール活用方法や導入意欲を高める提案方法などをRepにトレーニングを行う
②MARLOの新規導入活動
フィールドセールス部門のRepから紹介されるMARLOの見込み顧客に対して、PXMはRepとの施設情報を共有して、CLビジネスを成長させる為の シミュレーションやメリットなどのコンサルティング提案を行い、新規導入を行う。
③新規導入後、施設のビジネスニーズに合致したトレーニングの提供を行う
ビジネスニーズに対して、実務者(コンタクトレンズ販売店スタッフ、施設スタッフ)へのトレーニングやユーザー(患者)への紹介方法、施設内のオペレーション提案等を行い、MARLOを通したコンタクトレンズの販売が浸透するまでサポートを行う
④導入施設のビジネス向上の為のコンサルティング活動
ビジネスへのトータルサポートとして、MARLOを活用するメリットやアルコン製品の差別化を施設に継続して提案し、MARLOを通した販売量(アルコン製品のユーザー数)の拡大とその施設でのシェアNo.1を獲得する。
⑤社内コミュニケーションの徹底とコラボレーションの強化
フィールドセールス部門のPXM、Rep、ディストリクトセールスマネージャー、e-commerce マネージャ―及び各部署(Omniチーム、マーケティングチーム、トレーニングチーム)と共に相互尊重して常にコラボレーションを意識して、計画の実行や直面する課題への取組を着実に解決、改善する。

With the aim of promoting the introduction of the digital platform (MARLO) to customers in the field of ophthalmology clinics, promoting the creation of users by encouraging new prescriptions through MARLO, and preventing the outflow to other companies, we will implement the following.
①Implementation of in-house training and support activities for facility personnel (Rep)
Lead your team's facility targeting and key action priorities with your sales manager. Through MARLO, we plan to capture facilities that are expected to increase sales and introduce new products in collaboration with Rep. In addition, identify the business needs of prospective customers and train Reps on how to use tools and how to make proposals that motivate them to adopt them.
②New MARLO Implementation Activities
PXM will share facility information with Rep in the field sales department to MARLO's prospective customers, provide consulting proposals such as simulations and benefits for growing the CL business, and introduce new products.
After a new deployment, provide training that meets the business needs of the facility
③In response to business needs, we provide training to practitioners (contact lens dealer staff, facility staff), how to introduce users (patients), and propose operations in facilities, and support until contact lens sales through MARLO become widespread.
④Consulting activities to improve the business of the facilities where the system has been introduced
As a total support for the CL business, we will continue to propose the benefits of using MARLO and the differentiation of Alcon products to the facility, expand the sales volume (number of users of Alcon products) through MARLO, and acquire the No. 1 market share at the facility.
⑤Thorough internal communication and enhanced collaboration
Together with the PXMs, Reps, District Sales Managers, E-commerce Managers, and all departments (Omni Team, Marketing Team, Training Team) in the Field Sales Department, we respect each other and always be aware of collaboration.We will steadily solve and improve the implementation of the plan and the efforts to address the issues we face.
