Overall mission on this position is to understand Skechers Brand value and all products benefit fully and deliver to consumers throughout various of touchpoints with comprehensive and impactful ways and always searching new consumer touch point and impactful contents creation.
Tasks
• Manage all Skechers Key account brand space (Shop in Shop/Brand Corner @ Wholesale door)
• Have business communication with Key account sales members daily bases.
• Plan and implement all Skechers Brand POP & Products POP
• Plan & execute Key account sell through Promotion (Gift with Purchase)
• Manage and maintain office showroom space with latest images.
• Create products presentation space at office space for Key account meeting.
• Manage external Marketing material production company.
• Manage external Marketing (Visual Merchandising Rounder) agency.
• Keep brand consistency brand across Wholesale channel and Own retail doors.
• Control all brand material archive with by season by products category order.
• Control and report all marketing budget to Japan Finance and Global Marketing
• Control all marketing related invoice with Japan Finance
• Presentation all Key account In store visual presentation, POP material with Global marketing counterpart on timely manner
• Having smooth communication with Global marketing Organization
Qualifications
Qualifications
• University degree
• Experienced 10 more years at Advertising agencies/Brand management position.
• Experienced 10more year in Trade Marketing / In store communication at Brand business
• Professional knowledge for Marketing and Marketing material creation / production
• Creativity, excellent editorial skills and good judgment in the development of content
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with different interdisciplinary contacts.
• Contacts to the fashion and trade press, influencers and the sneaker scene
• Trend awareness, communication and organizational strength
• Well-structured workstyle and good time management
• Open minded, flexible and motivated to go beyond.
• Good communicator for both inside and outside of company
• Be a strong team player with a “can do” attitude.
• Must be fluent in Japanese & English
