Develop system enhancements, implement new features, and technical solutions to support HR operational needs.
Provide day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for HR systems.
Support system integration between SAP and other HR-related applications or platforms.
Support technical lead and work with business analyst team on technical documents preparation and system maintenance, including technical designs, specifications and user guides.
Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing cycles and deployment activities.
Collaborate with Technical teams, HR users and vendors on requirement gathering, technical design, development and deliver technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system automation, re-engineering and digitalization.
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Information Systems, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of system development experience.
Hands‑on experience in system development, including design, coding, debugging, and issue resolution.
Experience in supporting or developing HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Workday, Oracle HCM or PeopleSoft
Proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages.
Experience in Power BI, Power Automate is an advantage.
Knowledge of system integration, APIs, or middleware is an advantage.
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors HCM is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese; Good English proficiency is an advantage.
Exposure to AI / machine learning for predictive analytics, chatbots, or HR automation use cases is a plus
