Your Job 光アンプ開発 What You Will Do 光通信機器、特に光アンプ、EDFA、ラマンアンプの設計を行う光エンジニア。 回路図、BOM、テストケースの作成など、光増幅器の製品設計全般を担当。 ハードウェア、メカニカル、ファームウェア、テストなど幅広い分野の開発チームと協業し、グローバルな複数拠点(日本/米国/中国)で業務を行う。 マーケティングチームや製品統括マネージャーと連携し、光アンプ製品の仕様交渉・顧客技術サポートを行う(日本/米国)。 一定期間、海外(米国/中国)での業務も想定しており、グローバルな顧客サポート、グローバル開発チームと密接なコラボレーションが業務にあたっては期待される。 入社後、数年の実務経験を経た後は、製品開発を完遂させるため、グローバルな他の機能Grを含めた開発チームをリードする役割を期待。 プロジェクトマネージメントを担当し、プロジェクトの予算、スケジュール、マイルストーンを管理する。 Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) 工学修士(光学、電子工学が望ましい) 光伝送システム設計の知識と経験があることが望ましい。 光コンポーネントに関する知識と経験があることが望ましい。 ビジネスレベルの英語コミュニケーションスキルを有すること。 長期的な視点(5年以上)でビジネスの成功を追求できる方。 国際的に仕事をする意欲のある方(米国/中国) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
