SE、システム開発経験 5年以上 2. 社内ユーザ、社外ベンダとのコミュニケーションスキル 3. システム開発プロジェクト参加経験 4. 日本語、英語どちらもビジネスレベル 1. プログラム開発経験（Java, VB.NET, Python, HTML, Java Script, C#, PHP, Perl） 2. サーバ、ミドルウェア、データベースに関する知識・スキル 3. 生産システム保守運用経験 4. 半導体製造プロセスの知識
