To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent 東京のRWEの日本オフィスと北海道（リモート）を拠点として、洋上風力発電プロジェクトの立ち上げから開発段階、そして建設チームにFID時に引き渡すまでの、ステークホルダーマネジメントを担当します。RWEリニューアブルズの日本およびグローバル部門の開発、エンジニアリング、プロジェクト、投資、商業分析、その他のチームのサポートを受けながら、初期段階、入札中、FID前の洋上風力発電プロジェクトのポートフォリオに関連するステークホルダーマネジメントを担当します。こうした業務は、開発チームやパートナーと協力しながら、現地のステークホルダーと関わり、外部のステークホルダーマネジメントが必要な様々な初期段階の開発に関するアクティビティを推進することを含みます。主な外部の関係先は、弊社が開発を進めている日本各地の関連政府機関の担当者、漁業組合、学術機関、地元商工会議所、サプライヤーなどです。 業務内容： 専門的なステークホルダーマネジメントを遂行し、開発チームメンバーとの緊密に連携を取りながら、日本における洋上風力事業の開発、実施をサポートする。はじめは北海道にフォーカスする。 パートナーとのやりとり：プロジェクトのJVパートナーと協力し、外部ステークホルダーの関与が必要なプロジェクトのアクティビティに関して、円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながら、連携調整を行う。 開発のアクティビティ：事業場所選定について、また漁業、自治体、政府、その他の関連する地元のステークホルダーとの交渉を含むプロジェクトの開発に関するアクティビティを、円滑に進めるためのステークホルダーマネジメントを行う。 関係構築：洋上風力プロジェクトに関する合意形成のために、地元の主要なステークホルダーと良好な信頼関係を構築する。 地元貢献活動：入札における競争力を高め、また高評価につながるよう内容とするため、魅力的な洋上風力プロジェクトの地元貢献計画を作成し、実行にあたってはサポートを行う。 経済産業省・国土交通省への入札書類や提案書の作成やレビューなど、ステークホルダーマネジメントや地域貢献に関する様々なテーマで入札プロジェクトをサポートする。 外部組織とのコラボレーション：大学、政府機関、業界団体等の外部組織とのコラボレーション。 ＨＳＥの高い基準や手順を推進：日本で得られる知見をグローバルで共有する。また、日本以外での優良事例や学びが確実に日本で取り入れられるようにする。 応募要件： ステークホルダーマネジメントに関して優れたスキルを有し、様々な職位の関係者や、社外の取引先や団体などと、幅広く良好な信頼関係を構築することができる方 日本のエネルギー業界において、事業開発もしくはステークホルダーマネジメントの実務経験が５年以上ある方。立ち上げから開発段階、もしくはこれに関連する内容での経験であれば尚望ましい エネルギー市場、再生可能エネルギー技術、洋上風力開発に関する国や地方の法規を理解している方 複雑な事業のトピックを分析、まとめることができ、決定に必要な情報を集約したり、明確かつ簡潔にメッセージを伝達することができる方 関係先や取引先などとの調整能力、ビジネスネットワークの構築・維持の能力が高い方 日本語で読み書きを流暢に行うことができる方、英語力はあれば望ましいが必須ではない 地方出張（毎週など、頻繁に発生）や海外出張（たまに）を厭わないこと すでに洋上風力に関連して北海道のステークホルダーを熟知していることや人脈があれば尚望ましい 北海道での勤務経験、もしくは北海道に拠点のある企業での就業経験者歓迎 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPointの使用に慣れていること Your
