職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities １）人材育成におけるリーダーシップを発揮し、生産管理部の効果的かつ効率的な運営を行う。 ２）今市工場のリーダーシップチームの一員として今市工場の変革をサポートし加速させる。 ３）医薬品の製品供給を常時確実にするために、生産計画・売り上げ見込み・マーケティング方針・GQP・GQMP・薬機法に基づきながら、日本のサプライチェーンについて安定的かつ効率的なオペレーションをマネジメントする。 ４）今市工場のパフォーマンスを改善させるための活動をリード・サポートする。 ５）製造・供給に関するグローバルポリシーに基づくリスクマネジメントに責任を持つ。 ＜Responsibilities＞ １）今市工場のビジネス計画及び投資計画に加わり、今市工場の物流計画及び人員計画の作成と実行に責任を持つ。 ２）生産管理部の予算を計画・管理し、承認された予算内で支出及び投資を行う。 ３）マネジメントチームと連携し、生産管理部の社員をモチベートする。 ４）部下に対するタイムリーで効果的な評価・フィードバックを通じ、タレントの育成に責任を持つ。 ５）効果的なコミュニケーションを通じて組織の方向性を指し示すことにより、適切なコーチングを行い、「変革」を加速する。 ６）関係部署のサポートを得て、生産性の継続的な改善を行う。 ７）サプライチェーンからの要請を受けて、製品供給計画を改善する。 ８）新製品の上市、調達元変更及び今市工場全体に係るプロジェクトをリード・サポートする。 ９）物流に関するデータを収集・整理し、関係部門に提供する。 １０）製品・中間在庫・原材料の在庫を効果的にマネジメントする。 １１）外部の物流業者及び社内の生産計画担当、購買担当、その他物流関係部門と連携し、サプライチェーンの改善をリードする。 １２）全てのオペレーションにおいて、組織の安全意識の向上を促進する。 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill及び経験 Experience 高い対話力、影響力、多種多様なビジネス交渉をマネジメントする能力を有し、異なる要件とゴールに対して、強固な関係性をマネジメントする能力 政治、経済、金融のプロセスに関する理解をベースとして、ビジネスに関する提案を行い、計画を実行する能力 需要から供給までの全体的な流れを理解し、問題を特定し改善できる能力 リーダー育成経験 コーチング・スキルを通じた、適切な階層による問題解決を促進する能力 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language
Job Description Summary SFDC/Apttus/CBO等のコマーシャル系プラットフォームを通じて、ビジネスプロセスを改善し、コマーシャル活動の効率を向上させることで、コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化を支援する。このポジションは、Commercial Operation Directorにレポートします。 Job Description 職責と役割 日本の営業、アカウント管理、顧客とのやり取りに関連する既存のビジネスプロセスを正しく理解する コマ―シャル系プラットフォームに関わるプロジェクトにおいてビジネスユニット・グローバル・インターナショナルと連携し、国内展開がスムーズに行えるようにホリゾンタルリーダーシップを発揮する。 プロジェクトや施策においてSFDC/Apttus/CBOを効果的・効率的に使うための提案を行う。 国内におけるシステムに関する問い合わせ窓口として、SFDC/Apttus/CBOに関連する問題/課題の解決や問題発生時の事象の特定・同定(再現実証)を行い、グローバルITと連携し、問題解決の促進を継続的にフォローアップする。 ビジネス要件を技術仕様に変換し、開発チームに効果的に伝える。また、システム改修に関する要望の優先順位づけをして、グローバルITへ継続的に改善要求をあげ、実現までフォローアップを継続する。 新しいプロセス導入時、国内でのUAT実施のための計画をたて、関係者を巻き込んで実施する。また、コマーシャル系プラットフォームの新機能とベストプラクティスについてビジネスユニットに対するトレーニングプログラムを開発して提供する。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームのパフォーマンスを継続的に監視および評価し、必要に応じて調整を行い、その有効性を最適化します。 コマーシャル系プラットフォームテクノロジーの業界トレンドとベストプラクティスについて、また、New Software（GR） Updateの内容を把握して、必要に応じてコマーシャル関係者に情報を共有する。 インターナショナルリージョン内の他ゾーンにおけるコマーシャル系プラットフォームに関わるチーム、メンバーと積極的に連携を図り、国内コマーシャル組織の成果の最大化のためのシナジー効果を高める。 必要条件 チーム力の推進及び促進のために高いバイタリティ、熱意、Inclusiveness、エンゲージメントがあること。 関わる業務における課題を発見し、チームとともに前向きに課題解決に取り組む姿勢 営業（Job登録/見積作成/値引/機器構成/受注処理等）からSVIB、保守までのライフサイクルプロセスの深い理解 SFDC/Apptus/CBO/SVMAXに対する深い知識と一連のオペレーションと技術的な内容の理解。 データを解釈し、プロセス改善の機会を特定する能力を備えた強力な分析スキル(リーンマインドセット) 技術的および非技術的な利害関係者と効果的に対話するための、書面および口頭の両方での優れたコミュニケーションスキル。（日本語・英語） User Acceptance Test(UAT)の経験 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力、英語はビジネスレベルでの読み書きができ、メール等文書ではコミュニケーションが図れる。 あれば望ましい条件 SFDC/JSSTなどのCRMツールにおける日本特有のロジックや背景等の熟知（Japan Legacy） MBAまたは同等の経験/知識 優れたビジネス洞察力、財務および組織の知識 流暢な英会話スキルがあること
