【職務内容】 ピープルコンサルティングは、グローバルに16,000人以上、日本でも344人の人事・組織専門プロフェッショナルを擁し、企業の大規模変革（海外進出、M&A・組織再編、労働生産性向上、コスト削減等）を人・組織の観点から包括的に支援しています。 ■業務内容 クライアントへSAP S/4HANA導入に伴う企業変革サポートを行います。主要業務領域はSAP S/4HANAの実装工程ではなく、以下の領域が中心となります。 EYのチェンジ・エクスペリエンス方法論の一部としてSAPユーザートレーニングの計画立案、実行サポートを行います。 ■業務概要 クライアントのSAP導入プロジェクトにおいて業務プロセス標準化をクライアントのステークホルダーと推進し、Organizational Change Manager (OCM)をサポートします。 具体的な業務としては、システム導入後の業務プロセスやユーザーとのコミュニケーション計画に基づくSAPトレーニング計画を立案、実行支援します。 【People Experience & Cultureチーム概要】 企業が事業目的を達成するために従業員を巻き込み、様々な変革を実行するためのチェンジマネジメントのご支援をします。我々のチームはバイリンガル、バイカルチャーなメンバーで構成され、国内外のグローバル企業を対象に、チェンジマネジメントのほか、カルチャーチェンジや人事業務効率化等のサービスを提供しています。 【応募資格】 ■必須条件：下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 コンサルファーム/ITベンダー/SIer/事業会社等でのSAPや基幹システム導入やBPR(業務改革プロジェクト)に関するご経験 ■歓迎要件：様々な国のメンバーと設計や開発要件を議論するグローバルなシステム導入プロジェクトへの参画経験 ＜語学力＞ ネイティブレベルの日本語とビジネスレベルの英語 SAP認定資格、PMP ＜教育制度・資格補助補足＞ SAPトレーニングコースの受講、チェンジマネジメント資格取得、コンサル未経験向けのコンサル基礎/成長に合わせたトレーニングコースを用意しています ＜募集ポジション＞ ・マネジャー / Manager ・シニア・コンサルタント / Senior Consultant ・コンサルタント /
