Job Location Kobe Job Description ご応募いただく際は、必ず中途採用応募手続きガイドを参照の上、ご応募ください。 【仕事内容】 このポジションは、弊社全社員の社会保険管理業務もしくは人事システムの運用を担当し、そこから得た知見を元にさらなる改善や人事領域における提案をしていただくポジションです。社会保険もしくは人事システムいずれかを担当いただき、日々の運用を行いながら、デジタルツールを用いてプロセスの簡素化を行ったり、規程等の抜本的変更を提案していきます。 具体的な仕事内容は以下いずれかとなり、適性や希望、今までのご経験を考慮したうえでどちらかを担当いただきます。 ＜社会保険管理業務担当＞ ・社会保険手続実施と管理 給与チームと協働し、各種社会保険関連申請書の作成、提出 ・社会保険手続の電子申請化 現在社内で行われている手続方法を精査、見直しを行い、行政が提供している電子申請の利用を最大化する ・業務改善の提案とその実施 専門エリアである社会保険業務を中心に、正確にかつ素早く業務を行うための効率化や改善を提案、実施する 例）社員からの各種申請を全社共通の電子フォームを作成し、全社に展開するなど ＜人事システム担当＞ ・人事システムに関する問題解決提案と実行 弊社の全社員が利用する人事系システム（ワークデイ、SAP、経費精算ツールなど）についての社員からの質問・問題対応（2次対応）を担当します。 社員はまず、質問・問題の一次対応を行うヘルプデスク（アジア全域の社員をサポートしています）へ連絡をしますが、そこで対応できない個別案件や特別対応が必要となる案件に関して、対応方法の提案を行い、給与チーム、経費精算チーム、ワークデイチームと協働しながら問題解決を行います。 ・人事システムにおける改善提案と実行 上記2次対応を行う中で明らかになった人事システム上の問題点を見つけ、改善提案から実行までを行う。 例）現行の人事システム使用方法について同様の質問が多い際、より分かりやすい説明画面への変更などを提案、担当チームと協働し全社員への展開を行うなど。 ・ HRサービス & ソリューション内のデジタルリーダー チーム内においてOffice365等のデジタルツールを用いた改善提案やトレーニングを行います。 例）Microsoft Flowなどを用いて、全てマニュアルで作業していた手続を自動で作業が流れるように改善するなど、Office 365の様々なアプリケーションを使い、より広い範囲においてデジタル化を推し進め、関係社員にトレーニングを行う。 また、上記担当業務に慣れた段階で、興味のある分野や専門性を発揮できる分野でのプロジェクトも担当します。他部署を巻き込んだ改善プロジェクトや、アジア全域の同僚に対し専門分野でのトレーニングを行うなど、興味のある分野、強みを伸ばしキャリア形成を行います。 日々の業務を通じて、国内外の様々な社員と関わりながら、人事領域での変革に貢献いただけるポジションです。日本のチームメンバーもそれぞれの専門性を持ち、弊社社員に対して不可欠かつ非常に重要な人事業務を担っています。アジア全域に広がる同様の仕事を行う社員とのネットワークが非常に強いため、お互い協力し合いながら、海外の文化や社会保険制度、人事制度を学ぶことができる、グローバル企業ならではの経験を積んでいただけるポジションです。 *このポジションは経験不問のポジションです。ご入社後に、仕事の進め方などはOJTやトレーニングを通じて丁寧に教え、じっくり習得いただく予定です。 ※このポジションは専門職です。長期的に同じポジションで専門性を磨き組織に貢献することが期待されており、総合職のように定期的なジョブローテーションや転勤はございません。総合職との違いを十分にご認識の上、ご応募ください。 【勤務地】
