Job Description 弊社エンタープライズサービス（ラボ運用の包括的なサポートサービス）導入のプロジェクトマネジメント業務です。 エンタープライズサービスはこちらをご参照ください： https://www.agilent.com/Library/brochures/low_5991-2740JAJP.pdf プロジェクトライフサイクル（立ち上げ、計画、コミュニケーション、実行、終結）を通して、プロジェクトマネージャとしてAgilent社内プロジェクトまたは顧客プロジェクトでリーダーシップを発揮する。 必要に応じて、エンタープライズプロジェクトマネジメントポートフォリオにおけるEnd-to-Endの顧客エンゲージメントを積極的に推進する責任を負う。ポートフォリオ、ビジネスプロセス、要件、社内ツールに関する専門知識を提供する。機会の特定と開発において、クロスファンクショナルチームを支援する。クロスファンクショナルチームをリードし、案件開発を成功に導きます。 End-to-End エンゲージメントを通じて、すべてのビジネスプロセスがAgilentのビジネススタンダードに準拠して実行されていることを確認する。 Agilent社内ツールの効果的な活用を通じて、エンタープライズビジネスの利益成長をサポートし、推進する。協調的なソリューション開発を通して、ビジネスを行う上でのクロスファンクショナルな障壁を特定し、調整する。 ビジネスプロセスの実行における厳密性と有効性を確保することで、Agilentと顧客の双方に良い結果をもたらすことを推進する。Agilentのエンタープライズプロジェクトマネジメントポートフォリオと顧客のニーズに対する深い理解を活用し、顧客との有意義な関係性を構築し、サポートする。 主な役割） 〇事業開発活動への積極的な関与 ・アフターマーケットセールスチームと連携し、顧客ニーズを理解したアプローチを開発する。 ・顧客のニーズを満たすソリューションの提案とカスタマイズ ・顧客へのカスタムソリューションの開発と展開の促進 ・必要に応じてAgilent社内のパートナーを巻き込む 〇顧客とのエンゲージメントをEnd-toEndでリードする。 ・高度なプロジェクトマネジメントスキルが必要とされる顧客プロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャの役割を担う。 ・顧客プロジェクトの開発、計画、実行、終結をリードする。これには以下が含まれる。 -すべての業務上の顧客とのやりとり -Agilentチーム内の機能横断的な調整とコミュニケーション 〇Agilent社内改善プロジェクトへの積極的な参加 ・社内プロジェクトのEnd-to-Endのプロジェクト管理 ・Agilent社内プロジェクトのスコープ作成、開発、計画、実行、終結のリード 〇チームリーダーシップ ・各地域の業務パフォーマンスのオーナーシップ 〇現地の業務上の課題に対処し、該当する場合は、プロセスと業務の体系的な改善を開発、実施、文書化する。 〇エンタープライズPMOおよびエンタープライズプロジェクトマネージャーを幅広くサポートし、必要に応じてプログラム/プロジェクトの開発および展開を行う。 Provide leadership in Agilent internal or Customer
