Job Location Kobe Job Description ご応募いただく際は、必ず中途採用応募手続きガイドを参照の上、ご応募ください。 【仕事内容】 このポジションは、弊社製品を保管する倉庫運用に関わる社内のビジネスプロセスを理解し、それらをSAPや3PLのWMS（倉庫管理システム）で行うために必要なプロセス構築、テストシナリオ作成、システムテストを関係各所（社内関係部署、社外３PL）と協働して取り行うポジションです。 物流の効率化を図るため弊社では複数のプロジェクトを進めており、その多くがERPツールなど社内で使用されているITシステムの改修を必要とします。 それらすべてのプロジェクトに現状のビジネスプロセスを理解している本ポジション担当者が、新規ビジネスプロセスによる追加変更、変更を確認するためのテストを行うためのシナリオ作成、実際のテストなどを行い、必要なステップが流れていくことの確認を関係部署と協働して進めていきます。 入社後はまずは同ポジションの経験者からの研修や、ERPツールのアップグレードプロジェクトや全ての倉庫でのシステム確認を経験者と共に行っていくことで知識を深めていきます。それらのプロジェクトを通してシステムでの物流管理を理解し、将来的には今後発生する新たなプロジェクトで主担当者として活躍いただく予定です。 具体的な仕事内容は以下の通りです。 1 社内ビジネスプロセス・システム運用の理解を深める 2 同ポジション経験者と共にERP変更に必要なテストシナリオを作成 3 プロジェクトチームの一員としてテストを繰り返し行う 4 テスト時の問題を同ポジション経験者・IT担当に報告し、解決をリードする 5 中小規模プロジェクトで主担当としてとして上記2,3,4をリード 弊社では上流から下流までのサプライチェーン管理をシステムを使用することにより効率よく行っています。その為、標準的なシステムの使用だけでなく、弊社のビジネスプロセスに沿った先進的な機能も足しており、システムに関する理解が深い、専門性を持つ人材を育成していく予定です。物事を究めるのが好きな方にとっては大変やりがいのある仕事です。 ※このポジションは専門職です。長期的に同じポジションで専門性を磨き組織に貢献することが期待されており、総合職のように定期的なジョブローテーションや転勤はございません。総合職との違いを十分にご認識の上、ご応募ください。 【勤務地】 神戸 【選考プロセス】 1. 書類選考 2. オンラインテスト 3.個人面接2~3回程度（オンライン） ※オンラインテストのご案内は書類選考後2-3営業日以内に配信されます。マイページ（候補者ホーム）よりテスト配信後1週間以内にオンラインテスト2種類両方を受検ください。両方受検完了いただいた方より次のステップにお進みいただきます。期限までに2種類のテストを受検いただけない場合は、選考辞退となりますのでご注意ください。 【応募方法】 応募ボタンを押し、「手動で応募」を選択し、次の画面右上で「日本語」を選択後、まずはアカウントを作成して応募手続きください。ご応募の際には、 和文履歴書、和文職務経歴書の2点を必ずアップロードください。
