General Summary / 職務 概要 • 担当エリアの売上目標を自ら積み上げを検討して,DMと合意のうえ,達成する。 • 全社の営業販売戦略,ディストリクト戦略をもとに自身の顧客(ECP,地場リテール本部,SAM及びRAMアカウント)のアカウントプランまたは営業行動計画を立案して,DMと合意し,実行する。 • プロフェッショナル戦略を理解し,学術知識やセミナー等のツールを用いて,顧客のニーズに応じた提案や勉強会,製品訴求をする。 • 担当エリアの全ての顧客(ECP,リテーラー,医会の重要Dr.)と良好な関係を構築し,維持•発展させる。 • 営業活動の進捗状況や懸案事項を上司にタイムリーに報告する。 • 顧客の声(VOC),競合他社および他エリアの情報を,DMおよび関連部門にタイムリーに報告する。 • 汎用性のある事例や取り組みの共有によって,ブランチ内で他者に影響を与えている。 • 特定の課題に対してチーム内でリーダーシップを発揮することができる • 別途設定している1日の活動ガイドラインを遵守し,求められるRepの状態を目指す Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責 売上目標の達成 • 担当エリアの売上目標を自ら積み上げを検討して,DMとの合意のうえ,達成する。 • 顧客のニーズを踏まえたアカウントプランを基に,適切なコールプランを立案し実行する。 • 訪問後には振り返りを行い,獲得した重要な情報は正確に記録•更新してアカウントプランに反映させることで,次回の訪問内容に連続性を持たせる 顧客対応 •
