Job Description SiCプロセスプログラムマネージャーは、SiCパワーデバイスを開発し、商品化するためのプロセス開発とプログラムの実行を担当します。この役割には、SiCプロセス開発に関する強い理解と、リスク軽減の観点からの戦略計画とビジネス交渉の経験が必要です。理想的な候補者は、モチベーションが高く、結果を重視し、複雑なプログラムを実現した実績のある人です。このポジションは、OED (Operation Engineering Division) 内のDDT (Device Development Technology Group) に所属します。 担当職務: 1. SiCパワーデバイスプロセス開発のためのプログラム計画の策定と実行 2. すべての技術目標とビジネス目標を達成するためのプログラムの推進 3. 重要なマイルストーンと顧客コミットメントを満たすためのプログラムスケジュールの管理 4. 主要な利害関係者 (内部および外部) との関係の構築と維持 5. プログラムの主要なリスクを特定し、リスクに対処するための軽減アクションを定義します。 6. プログラムの進捗状況を追跡し、ステークホルダーに報告する Qualifications 必須要件 ・デバイス技術:SiCのデバイスプロセス設計/電気特性評価に関する最低3年の経験、できればパワー向けのSiパワーFET技術 ・Program management: 設計、マーケティング、社内外のファブ、QA、アセンブリ、PDK、テスト、などの関連部門と協力してプロジェクトを推進するプログラムマネージャーの最低3年の経験 ・英語でのコミュニケーション能力 歓迎要件 ・総合的な知識:SiCのデバイス物理、モデリング、PDK、アセンブリ、テスト ・自動車業界標準の知識:AEC
