NISADEでは、ニセコ、ルスツ、富良野でゲストサービス担当者を募集しています! ゲストエクスペリエンスアンバサダー (GEA) は、お客様に最高の体験を提供することを中心に、幅広い業務を行っています。GSRは、お客様にとって最初と最後に対応するNISADEの顔となり、記憶に残る存在です。GEA の主な役割は、ゲストの案内をすることですが、それ以外にもさまざまなサービスがあります。世間話をしながら、アクティビティ、レストラン、場所などを提案することも必要です。また、特別なサービスがある場合は、その内容を把握し、ゲストに提案をしなければなりません。 特にチェックインが混み合う時間帯は、多くのタスクをこなさなければならないため、可能な限りフロントスタッフをサポートすること。フロントスタッフからタスクを割り当てられた場合、GEAはタイムリーにタスクを実行するか、すでにタスクがある場合は、他のGEAを探す手助けをしなければなりません。 主な職務 すべてのお客様を笑顔とアイコンタクトで温かくお迎えし、指定された部屋までご案内します。 ゲストの荷物を運びお部屋へエスコートします。 毎日のタスクをスーパーバイザーに報告します。 リゾートで現在行われているプロモーションやアクティビティをゲストに伝え、ゲストサービスを向上させる 電話やオンラインでレストランを予約し、T&Cにサイン、レストランとのコンファメーション、必要であればレストランまでお客様をお送りする。 フロントのサポートとして、ロビーでのお客様対応と清掃を行う。 フロントデスクでの電話対応 チェックリストに従い、共用部、トイレ、温泉、廊下、通路を清潔に保つ。 施設内のアメニティ、リネン、レンタル品など、宿泊客からの問い合わせに対するフロントスタッフのアシスト エントランスやバルコニーなどの除雪のお手伝い その他、スーパーバイザーから指示された業務 スキーバレー Job Summary: Guest Experience Ambassadors (GEA)

NISADEでは、ニセコ、ルスツ、富良野でゲストサービスチームリーダーを募集しています! ゲスト・エクスペリエンス・アンバサダーは、送迎サービスから暖炉の火入れ、スキーのお手伝いまで、あらゆることをサポートする、多彩で楽しい仕事です。ゲストをお迎えする最初の「タッチポイント」となることも多く、ゲストの心に残る思い出を作るために全力を尽くします。 ゲスト・エクスペリエンス・アンバサダー・チームリーダーは、すべてのGEAが効率的かつシームレスに連携し、ゲストの期待を確実に上回るようにするための重要な役割を担っています。 GEAは、NISADEの高いサービスレベルを維持するために、すべてのゲストの体験が効率的、丁寧かつプロフェッショナルに処理されるように、チームと協力します。 GEAのTLは、FDチームとも密接に連携し、すべてのタスクが完了するように確認します。 Nisadeは、高いモチベーションを持ち、強い倫理観を持ち、少なくとも1～2年のリーダーシップポジションの経験を持ち、ミッションと目標の達成に導く重要な役割を担う方を求めています。 主な職務 ホテルゲストエクスペリエンスアンバサダーチームの監督と管理 他のホテルのGEAチームリーダーやGEAと協力し、すべてのNisadeゲストにシームレスな体験を保証する。 すべての車両が清掃され、よく整備され、損傷していないことを確認すること。 GEAのフロントデスクとコンシェルジュの間の定期的、継続的なコミュニケーションをリードする（例：シフト前のブリーフィング、スタッフミーティングの管理など） ゲストや従業員とのすべてのやり取りにおいて、優れたサービスを提供するための従業員のコミットメントと必要なサービス行動を育成する。 オーナーとの良好な関係を維持する ゲストのリクエストに迅速に対応し、ゲストの期待を超えることを目標に直感的なサービスを提供すること ドライバーリストを確認し、ドライブが効率的に管理されていることを確認する。 GEAが提起したゲストの問題や苦情への対応 必要に応じて、ゲストを村の中で運転／輸送すること 備品、鍵、忘れ物などのセキュリティの記録・管理 スタッフのスケジューリングとロスターのアシスト ゲスト、スタッフ、破損、メンテナンスの問題については、直属の上司、ホテルマネージャー、フロントオフィスマネージャーに直ちに報告すること。 スタッフのためのGEAトレーニングの実施を支援する。 出入りするゲストを笑顔とアイコンタクトで温かく迎え、指定された部屋まで案内し、家電製品の使い方を簡単に説明し、部屋を紹介する。 リゾートのアクティビティをゲストに紹介し、ゲストサービスをアップセルする。
