NISADEでは、ニセコ、ルスツ、フラノでルームチェックスタッフを募集しています! 2023‐24冬期シーズンのルームチェックスタッフを募集します。ハウスキーピングスタッフは、当社が誇る優れたサービスを提供する上で重要な役割を担っています。 主な業務はフロントデスクチームと協力しながら、お客様のために客室、共有スペース、温泉が可能な限り高い水準でゲストのために準備されていることを確認する必要があります。 また、外注のハウスキーピング会社と連携し、紛失物の管理やその他様々な準備を行います。 細部にまで気を配れ、すべてのお客様の思い出に残るホリデー体験に貢献したいという熱意のあるスタッフを募集しています。 主な業務 ハウスキーピング会社に提供する毎日のチェックイン／アウトレポートの作成 必要に応じて、リネン交換、ベッドメイキング、一般的な清掃などの作業を行い、優れた水準で客室を清掃・準備 到着前および出発後のルームチェックを行い、ダメージや紛失物などをチェックし、報告 フロントデスクチームと協力し、フロントデスクとハウスキーピング間の円滑なコミュニケーションを図る 到着前のリクエストがすべて満たされているか確認 ハウスキーピングレポートを読み、ベッドが正しく設定されているか確認 公共スペースが清潔に保たれているか確認 温泉の清掃 上司から指示されたその他の業務 Job Summary: The Housekeeping staff play a critical role
