NISADEコンシェルジュチームは、最高水準のサービスを提供し、お客様のニーズを求められる前に察知し即時行動に移します。また、ツアー、レストラン、レッスンなど、ニセコに関するあらゆることに精通しなければなりません。 私たちは、優れたカスタマーサービススキルを持ち、ゲスト一人ひとりにとっての一生の思い出となるようなホリデーを作りたいという純粋な気持ちを持った人材を求めています。チェックインの瞬間から始まり、チェックアウト時のお見送りまで、ゲストがリゾートで過ごす間、責任をもって対応します。 主な責務 各ゲストのお迎え、挨拶。常に質の高い、親しみやすいアイコンタクト、パーソナライズされたプロフェッショナルな親しみやすさを示す。 商品、サービスなどに関する専門知識と最新情報を提供し、フロントデスクと情報を共有する。 日帰り旅行、ダイニングオプション、スキーレッスン、キッズアクティビティなどの個人的な提案を行う。 ウィンターリゾートのアクティビティ、地域イベント、スペシャルプロモーションの宣伝。 レストラン、スキーレッスン、レンタルの新規予約、予約の変更、キャンセルの対応 雪や風の状態、リフトの状況、地元の山に関する知識など、常に最新の情報を提供する。 シーズン中、代理店やサービスプロバイダーと密接な関係を保ち、新商品や需要の高いレストランのオープンなどの最新情報をNISADEに確実に提供すること。 電話、Eメール、コンシェルジュへのゲストからの問い合わせへの対応。 繁忙期にはフロントデスクやGSRのアシスタントとして、荷物運びや送迎、ゲストのチェックインなどを行う。 スーパーバイザーから指示されたその他の職務の遂行 フロント/ロビーエリア（共用バスルームを含む）の清潔な状態の維持管理 Job Summary: The
